Frequently asked questions
What types of QR code can I create?
Links and text, WiFi networks (to connect when scanned), vCard contacts, emails, SMS, phone calls, geographic locations and calendar events. Each type generates the standard format that phone cameras recognize.
Can I put my logo in the center?
Yes. Upload an image and it is placed centered with a clean margin behind it. So the code still scans, choose the H error correction level (the highest): it can recover up to ~30% of the code.
Can I change the colors?
Yes, both the module color and the background color. We warn you about contrast: low contrast or an "inverted" code (light on dark) may not scan. Keep dark modules on a light background for maximum compatibility.
Which formats can I download it in?
PNG at 512, 1024 or 2048 px (ideal for printing or sharing) and vector SVG (scales without losing quality). You can also copy the image to the clipboard.
Does the QR code expire or track me?
No. It is a static QR: it always points to the content you encoded, with no intermediaries or redirects that expire or count scans. There is no tracking of any kind.
Is my data uploaded to any server?
No. Everything — including the logo you upload — is processed in your browser. Nothing you type or generate leaves your device.
